  • Answers your question
  • Forgets the last chat
  • You copy, paste, and finish the work
  • Waits for the next prompt

Centrion AI

  • Delivers the finished work
  • Remembers how your business runs
  • Acts in Gmail, Slack, Notion — then hands it back
  • Runs to a schedule, without being asked

Most software makes you do the work.

Open the tab, export the numbers, write the doc, send the email. Centrion inverts that: you describe the outcome, a team works out the steps, and the tools get used on your behalf. What it learns doing one job, it keeps for the next.

Your workforce

Specialists for every part of the business

Each one has its own brief and its own tools, shares memory with the rest, and reports to a single Chief of Staff.

How the work actually moves

Delegate, remember, approve, schedule. Four things that have to be true before you would let software act on your behalf.

Delegate

Hand off work in plain English

Describe the outcome. The Chief of Staff breaks it into tasks and routes each one to the specialist who handles that kind of work.

Remember

You explain your business once

Every preference, fact, and result is saved to shared memory and recalled on the next run — so the tenth task starts where the ninth left off.

What makes it safe to hand over real work

Permanent memory — your agents never forget

Agents remember every result, preference, and pattern, kept for good on paid plans, and pull the relevant ones into each new task. You never re-explain your business.

You can see everything, and stop anything

Your data stays yours

Your context lives in your workspace and is never used to train AI models. You decide which tools each agent can reach.

Nothing leaves without you

Sending an email, posting to Slack, changing an ad budget — each one stops and shows you the exact action before it happens.

Every step is on the record

Watch a run as it happens, pause or cancel it mid-way, and delete anything it produced.

Common questions

Is Centrion ready to use today?

Yes — you can sign up and put your workforce to work right now. We're early and shipping fast, so you'll get direct access to the team building it and a real say in where it goes next.

What counts as a “work run”?

A run is one delegated task an agent completes end-to-end — research a topic, draft and schedule a post, build a report. Chatting with an agent doesn't use a run; only work you hand off does. Free includes 10 runs a month, paid plans far more.

Do I need my own AI key?

No — every plan includes AI credits so you can start immediately. If you'd prefer to bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter key, you can plug it in anytime in settings for full control over model choice and spend.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers. Centrion AI agents act — they plan multi-step work, use your connected tools (Google Ads, Sheets, Slack, Gmail…), remember past results, and deliver finished output you can approve.

Is my data used to train models?

No. Your data lives in your workspace and is only ever used to do your work. Agents read it to complete tasks — it's never sold or used for training.

Can I control what agents are allowed to do?

Yes. Set approval gates so agents pause before anything sensitive — sending an email, posting to Slack, spending money. You approve, edit, or reject every run.

Which tools can agents connect to?

Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 for advertising; Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Calendar and Drive for everyday work; plus Slack, Notion, GitHub and Linear — all over OAuth. One limit worth knowing: Gmail is send-only. Agents can write and send email for you, but they cannot read, search or delete your inbox.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Start free, upgrade when you're ready, and downgrade or cancel whenever — no lock-in.

Start with one job.

Pick something you have been putting off, describe it in a sentence, and see what comes back.
